Updates...

The last few months have been quite eventful at Valentino!

After a few weeks of heavy rain and numerous floods on Koh Phangan, we were able fix the damage and resume with the construction.

This week however was particularly exciting... We received our kitchen equipment from Bangkok!! A full truck load of it!

A team of technicians spent a few days with us to complete the installation - exhaust fan, gas connections, fridges, cookers, oven, grill, etc... and voila!

We were so excited, we couldn't wait to try all these new wonderful appliances.... so we prepared a batch of Pugliese breads!

There's nothing better than the smell of fresh bread baking in the oven to say "welcome to our home": Valentino Restaurant & Wine Bar!
